easter

We weren't even going to go to church, but Heidi invited us, and she has a talented pastor and musicians, and it was a fantastic service.

Then we went to Pam and Paul's where the company was easy going and the food delicious.

She fed him food from her food truck and she laughed so hard.  He is funny.

a better ending

This week.

Ugh.

Started out with all that snow and just ugh.

But the week got better day  by day.  Sherry, our neighbor, gave us these pretty flowers.

This girl came to be babysat.    She's well behaved.  All the things in this house to destroy, she only ripped  up Elin's dog toys.  I found the leg to a ballerina in the family room a little while ago.  That's all right. Elin won't even notice.

The first day the dogs went in and out constantly and barked a lot. By the next day they'd found their perches overlooking the park and we much more at ease.

This is a creation Tim put together to amuse his nieces.
They're getting pretty good at cooky baking.

We played this game. She's a very good reader for being only in Kindergarten.

Egg decorating:
This puppy likes to chew on the edges of the rug apparently.

And that brings us to the end of a fine Saturday night.

Onward.

Tomorrow is Easter.

Love you all, Val, aka MOM aka Grandma

a winner!

Here he is before the presentation.

His science fair project was selected to go to St. Thomas University entrepreneurial event, which was a huge honor.   (It was the project creating a dog leash that would signal when the dog started pulling, would be for training, much like a clicker training, only automatic.)

Anyway, he did a fantastic job demonstrating and explaining his project to the judges, answered questions capably, and came in second place winner!

Congratulation!!

So proud!
