After Elin died, and we got Dani, I told the girls:  Get your cats.

We were always worried about Elin and potential prey drive, and didn't want any problems like that.

But Dani is young, and that's when you want them to learn about cats and getting along.

So they did it!

They've been waiting almost a month for the kitties to be big enough to join us.

It's actually been good there are two. They seem to emjoy a lot of companionship and confidence being together.

It's a new adventure, and my goodness are they ever sweet as can be.

By surprise we got to spend the weekend with just you two.

Doesn't happen often, but it was sure nice.

And this, Great Outdoors--we have to watch this again.  I was bummed this scene came on right after you and  Dad left to go golfing.

This girl is quite the artist. We had a good time.

the weekend

This is the light saber, pretty cool in the dark.

Saturday night we went to a nearby distillery for supper, really fun.

Food trucks were interesting and delicious.
