Welcoming this little baby was a bit weird, as these emotionally hearty moments are. The oldest was born as a 16 year old. Her baby sister is a half-tamed savage. Confusion. That's a fairly common state to be in around here.
They took baths and dressed in matching clothes to celebrate.
And then when we got there, they were sweet. The little one ran around, as she is prone do doing, and the older was overcome with emotions, as she is also prone to.
THREE sisters:
Life is very good.
And that's the end of today. A two year old sister and her fine canine are asleep beside me in a nest on my bedroom floor, and that's a good thing, a very good thing.
Welcome, lovely baby.
This whole family is better because YOU are in it.
