perfect september

It was a lovely weekend,  perfect weather, fresh breeze, exactly right.

We went to the thrift store in town and the antique shop, found a few treasures in the junk section.

It's a beautiful Hall bowl.  I've never seen this pattern before and couldn't find it online either.

And these two little Occupied Japan cuties, $4 each.

And the old lamp--the cord is junk, but I asked Tim to re-wire it for me.  It'll be great.

They flew kites in the field in the afternoon.
