It was beautiful at the lake, hot even.

This guy finally received his birthday gifts and everyone was enthusiastic about opening them.

Trying to make things work, so cute.

They got in the water!!  They only swam a little bit in the shallow water.  It's cold!

There's Elin on the dock. She's gained strength back in her legs in the weeks since Easter, which was nice to see.  She was so happy to see Heidi and Kirsten's dogs. She's been so isolated from her dog friends while she healed, has seen only Maria's dog a little bit under controlled conditions.  

It was a great start to month we hope will be great.
