a few from the week

This girl is back to school. We moved her last weekend.  Seems like school is off to a good start.

This is a new plant this season.  It does not disappoint.

We try not to over walk her because of her knees, and a boat ride is a good compromise.   She loves it.

He loved all the companionship of his cousins, was so tired after swimming he could hardly hold his eyes open.

Monday!

 And this is today after a very nice real estate appointment in Minneapolis, on the ride home. All the appointments this week were familiar routes, easy to find, easy people to be around, very nice.

One hundred degrees.   It's still hot now at bedtime.

A few weeks ago I had an appointment that is stressful to me--driving unfamiliar routes in heavy traffic, trying to find exits and addresses, all while making small talk with people I don't know very well.

But the people were sweet and there were no problems and it was all good.  It doesn't hurt me a bit to do this.

It's supposed to be cooler tomorrow and we are back to the lake, friends coming to visit, birthday weekend.
