cooky weekend

Just before we were getting started, kids showed up at the door!

This is a very patient, kind aunt:

She asks to go to bed when she's tired.

Not this little party animal:

Finally I stuffed her in here while I took a bath.

He has a knack for defeating little kids with his body heat.

In the morning, we got busy decorating.

All these blurry pictures.  Because my hands were full of flour I couldn't hold a camera properly?  Who knows?

 After they went home the gingerbread was baked.

It was already getting dark at 4:15, but such a pretty sky.

And it's the end of a beautiful weekend.
