mid-january

Cleaning the basement--downsizing mittens and snow clothes again.   I've done this before, sent all the kid sized snow pants to Alicia, sent away mittens and hats.

Having so many kids, we had accumulated a shocking amount of snow clothes.

Now we're down to this little tiny mitten box.

Cute hat and scarf sets, but also if they're outgrown, time to move them along.

Today James and I went to Costco with these two.  They were great shoppers, enjoyed the trip.
Then we went back to their house so this girl could go to her afternoon preschool.   While the little one napped, the two of us sat in the car in the driveway to get out of the wind while we waited for her bus.

She jumped right in, and into her seat.  I buckled her and told her to have fun.

As the bus drove away, she was in the window, grinning and waving.

Their little sister in not better today, but she's okay.  We'll see what tomorrow brings.

So much love, Grandma and Grandpa and Everybody
