So Julia has a new guinea pig, Aspyn Mae Chun-Li Styles. This pig is to bring some happiness to the life of Rowan, her very bored, lonely guinea pig, who joined us last summer.

The cage chewing, the acting up?  We don't need this little girl cracking up from lack of companionship.  Julia tries, but she's not a guinea pig.

So getting them together, even two girls, has been interesting.  Lots of sniffing and chasing and charging at each other, and are they playing or are they angry?   After a few supervised hours together today, they both fell asleep. We took that as a good sign.  Stuffed with lettuce and carrots, they needed a nap.

Oh yeah, distance learning is quite the thing.
