a very quiet saturday at the lake

 Our neighbor pointed out fish guarding their nest near the shore.

 These were the only two kids we had with us.  It was very quiet.  A few years ago they were very foolish squirrels.  Now?  Very quiet.

 Jay spent about ten hours installing this vinyl snap together flooring upstairs.  I'm delighted. It went together in a very straight forward way, looks great, little waste.  We had to move furniture this way and that, but did not have to remove any furniture in order to do this.

Successful!

And then in the evening on Saturday we drove back home again.
