Okay these two? (I love this picture, in spite of the chopped off heads.)
They are my daughters in law, the mothers of my grandbabies.
They are kind, funny, generous, astute... I didn't realize until some of my kids were grown how central kindness is to every single thing, but it is.
They're other women's daughters, but I feel lucky to claim them as family.
Incredibly lucky.
