bald eagle

 I saw this bird high in the maple tree, but I didn't have on my glasses.  It didn't look like an owl, which we have around here often.

I used to zoom on the camera to try to see better.

 He turned away and in a minute, flew away.

It was a small eagle, not the full-sized huge ones we see at the lake.  But it definitely was an eagle.

So cool.  I've never seen one here before.
