fetch the beer can

 Oh yeah, that classic old family game.  

John threw this beer can out, then challenged t.c. to a race to get to it.  The child swims fast, especially if there is a contest involved.

 This challenge inspired some very determined swimming.

 This is the little cutie who jumped in and tried to swim after her mom when she took off tubing.

John had to swim a little and gather her back, and she wasn't all that happy about it.  We put her in the pontoon boat and shut the gates for safekeeping, then wondered if she'd try to launch herself over the seat.

She did not.

But look at that unhappy, wet face.  Oh my goodness.   love, Grandma
