tim's eleven, part one

The family birthday party is delayed until next weekend--everyone is too busy at this point to find an acceptable evening all together.

So we had to find something else to do to celebrate Tim's day.    This was fun.

Jay used to take a herd of boys here back when John and Dan were little for birthday parties.  It was always a real hyper-wild time.

I'd stay back at home and watch the babies and make pizza.  Then they'd return, sweaty and hyper, hollering at the top of their lungs.

Whee.   Tim's not loud at all, but there are still plenty of hyper ten year olds in the world.

This place is kind of kitschy and weird in a good way.

This girl is a friend of James'

I mentioned this to Jay--does this look like a fun job?  Yeah, at times, like tonight when it's a perfect 76 degrees out, no rain, no humidity.   But it could get dang annoying real fast given less than ideal conditions.

See the sign?  And yet, there was a guy leaning on the fence smoking at one point.  Funny.

From here, we headed to the bumper boats.     love you T,  MOM and DAD
